| Job Duties: |
- Assist HOD in yearly manpower planning and budgeting based on inputs received from line managers and divide into quarterly targets.
- Continuous networking with different institutions/locations in order to ensure constant availability of talent pool.
- Look after HR related social media forums of the company including Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, company website and job portals to attract qualified candidates.
- Complete recruitment process including job posting, CV pool creation, conduct of interviews, negotiating salary package and making offers.
- Organize completion of required documentation after finalization to complete the hiring process as per company policies.
- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
- Organize logistics for new joiner, conduct their orientation and execute probation/confirmation cases.
- Gauge and work on improving on-boarding experience of new joiners.
- Assist HOD in organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retentionprograms.
- Analyze headcount & employment-related data and prepare required reports.
