Skill Enhancement Training
CSC conducted a 5-day Skill Enhancement Training on Beautician Skills for rural women in Sheikhupura district, following a Training Needs Assessment across three villages. The program aimed to equip participants with essential beautician skills, enabling them to start home-based businesses, improve economic stability, and enhance their social standing.
One key activity under the project is the paralegal training component, aimed at equipping youth with knowledge about women’s legal rights. This initiative ensures that young people become informed advocates for legal rights, protection, and equality within their communities. A refresher training session on paralegal skills was organized for female youth on in Malik Pur, located in the Sheikhupura district. A total of 30 young women and girls from various parts of the village participated in the program to enhance their understanding of legal rights and related support mechanisms.
