Resource Allocation to CBOs
A CBO is an organization which provides social services at the local level. It is a non-profit organization that works voluntarily. CSC has organized numerous training program for CBOs members on subjects such as community and financial management, gender and women’s rights and proposal writing/fund raising. After their capacity enhancement, CSC allocated the resources to potential 15 CBOs out of 30 to implement small projects at community level. It gives them an opportunity to practical experience on how to implement a project such as financial management, monitoring and record keeping. It also support to project sustainability.
