Staff Capacity Development
The Staќ Capacity Development Program was started to train and develop skills of new, and old staќ in diќerent fields of microfinance. The program specifically helps in the skill enhancement of new employees in all the new branches. In this quarter, CEIP conducted training on Financial Ratio Analysis with its employees.
